This website is a static portfolio: it contains no forms, registration systems, comments, newsletters or analytics tools, so no personal data of visitors is collected or processed through the site itself.

The hosting provider may automatically record technical connection data (such as the IP address) in its server logs, for the sole purpose of ensuring the security and proper functioning of the service. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Email communications

If you voluntarily get in touch by email, the data provided will be used exclusively to answer your enquiry and will not be passed on to third parties or used for commercial purposes.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to jokinlab@protonmail.com.
